BIG PHARMA INTENTIONAL GENERIC SHORTAGES

A bribe after the fact for services rendered is still a bribe. It is illegal to bribe Federal Employees. Yet the inspectors at the FDA and those that walk drugs through review successfully are hired by BIG PHARMA for $250,000 a year with business class travel. This revolving door at the FDA, which pays poorly and has employee shortages is not only a source of corruption it is market manipulation.

Big Pharma has a mission to maximize profits and generic drugs have low margins of profit compared to the latest and greatest drug Big Pharma is pushing. The patient is told they cannot get the cheap generic drug but they can buy a Big Pharma drug for ten times the amount and not to worry the government or their insurance will cover some of the cost.
